Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• India: 3–5 business days for in-stock pieces. Free shipping on every order above ₹3,500. Below that, ₹150 flat.
• Made-to-order: Up to 14 business days from order confirmation. We'll send you the dispatch date by email and WhatsApp.
• International: 7–14 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping rates calculated at checkout. Customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
• Tracking: Shipment tracking is sent by email and WhatsApp once dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused pieces in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What we cannot accept back:

• Pieces that have been used, washed, or installed.
• Made-to-order and bespoke commissions.
• Gift cards and personalised gift packages with engraving.

To initiate a return, email hello@houseofsissendi.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange pickup at no charge.

Damage or Defect

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions, no return shipping cost on you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned piece, to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically reflect within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
